Participate in ACP 2020
For the last 22 years, ACP has produced the largest annual community-oriented photo festival in the US, while providing experiences like public art, a lecture series, workshops & opportunities for photographers to create and connect.
While 2020 is a year unlike any other in recent memory, is still a time when creativity can flourish, and the ACP festival can still take place. While being mindful of CDC guidelines, there are still many ways to participate, whether you are a photographer, a venue (physical or virtual) or just a consumer/lover of art and culture.
The ACP Festival consists of a core group of ACP programs, complimented by an array of public art, exhibitions and events produced by artists and venues. Within our current situation you may not be able to host large gatherings, but you can still view exhibitions by appointment, submit your photos to calls for entry, lead or attend virtual workshops, artists talks and parties…and there are probably more ideas we’ve never thought of!
Our Festival Guide is the place to list your events, so they go into our database, and out to thousands of people. At the end of July, we’ll open for listings for the digital Festival Guide (and will close in late August). So be thinking about what you’d like to do. Meanwhile, here’s an FAQ for venues, and an FAQ for artists.
We’ll update this page (and our social media accounts and email blast) when we launch the Festival Guide listing tool, but until then, be safe, be creative, and thank you for your continued support and if you’re interested in volunteering for ACP, please let us know.
