Plan your photo-related event or exhibition and join ACP's 2019 Photography Festival.

Be a part of the incredible transformation that takes place each October when Atlanta is filled with photography. Create your own listing for both the printed and online ACP Festival Guide(s) via our web-based listing tool, which will launch in May.

How to Participate

Plan your event (artists / venues).

Listings are now open and will close Sunday, June 30th, at 11:59pm

Benefits of participating in ACP 2019 include:

  • Extensive publicity and promotion of your event, with a robust marketing campaign
  • Participation entitles your events and news to be promoted year round on ACP Now!

Every listing will have an image. The best way to draw attention to your event in a photography festival is to include an image that you have permission to publish. If you cannot select an image to use, please consider a logo, or a photo of the interior of the venue.

In 2019, ACP will have an enhanced online Festival Guide which will include:

  • Each listing has its own dedicated web page, with a unique link and location.
  • Subject-matter tagging so people can quickly find your event in the online Festival Guide
  • SEO optimization = Google-friendly, which means people can find your event through search
  • Geo-searching via our iPhone & Android apps, so you can find an event that's near you
  • A downloadable PDF, for a pixel-perfect copy of the printed Festival Guide
Get Started:
  • Gather your event, artist & venue info. Descriptions for your listing in the printed Festival Guide are limited to 12 words; 250 words for the web listing.
  • 10,000 printed guides are targeted for distribution starting on the first week of September. ACP recommends that your Main Event occur between mid-September and October 31st.
  • You'll need a large jpg that you have permission to publish, between 1000 and 3000 pixels on its longest side.
  • The web-based build-your-listing process works best with Chrome or Safari.

2019 ACP Festival Guide Pricing

ACP Festival Guide Listing Fees
$180 - Basic Listing includes:
- up to five photos (one for print, up to five for web)
- one main event (12-word description)
- one additional event at the same venue
- up to five artists
$20 Additional event (three max.)
$10 Each additional artist after the first five
NEW, for 2019 - Expand Your Listing (Double-wide)
$150 (add'l) - stretch your listing to a half page
- add a second image in the printed Festival Guide
- up to 26 words to describe your event

* Listing fee is payable when submitting your approved listing via Stripe. One transaction per listing. If you are an institution that uses a PO process, please contact ACP (404-634-8664) after proofing your listing for instructions on how to proceed. Unpaid Listings will not appear in the Festival Guide.
