Participate – Picturing Justice 2020

Deadline for submitting work for “Picturing Justice” is July 26, 2020, 11:59PM EDT

Please see the Request for Proposals [pdf] for info about deadlines, notifications, printing & honorariums.

We are seeking exceptional photography (fine art, documentary or photojournalistic work) that bring to mind the importance of legal advocacy work in the areas of social justice as they may pertain to housing insecurity, health care and medical advocacy, caretaker rights and struggles, adoption, aging, family issues (disability, domestic violence. autism), etc.

Photographs can tell the story of every day circumstances that affect us all, and lead us to understand how those same circumstances can become critical stumbling blocks to those without access to advocacy and support.

We will also consider projects that show how current situations (the pandemic, the plight of essential workers, rising unemployment, social unrest, etc) may exacerbate the issues listed above.
